It is also possible to find a Spy near the burger place in Tower Hamlets and by the coffee shop in the City of London, giving players even more opportunities to recruit one of these Skilled Operatives. For instance, players will occasionally find Spies gathered in the alley next to the MI6 building on the west side of Lambeth, and they can recruit one directly from there. Fans can also look for a Spy at the County Hall in this same borough (near the Westminster Bridge), as one will occasionally appear in that building's courtyard. This is certainly not the only way to recruit a Spy in Watch Dogs Legion, though, as these Skilled Operatives can appear in a variety of locations across the map. ![]()
